Property & General Liability

The Property Division deals with:

• Standard claims arising from common risks of loss of, or damage to, private or public material properties.
• Complex claims arising from a variety of risks, including catastrophes (hurricane, flood, earthquake, conflagration).

The Property workflow is handled by a team of in-house experts including surveyors and engineers, mostly specialized in structural and earthquake engineering, environmental engineering and construction site management, duly supported by in-house lawyers and legal professionals.

The Property team is capable of providing in-depth risk analysis and loss prevention solutions, specifically related to catastrophe risks, in the interests of both Insureds and Insurers, especially when excess insurance coverage is requested.

The wide experience and highly technical knowledge of the Property team engineers, surveyors and legal advisers ensure Capanna’s capability of delivering high-quality services and being helpful to Insurers for successful course of insurance coverages.
