The Accident & Health Department provides a specialized and professional Claims Handling Service relating to Insurance Contracts and/or Binding Authorities for Personal Accident, Sickness, Reimbursement of Medical Expenses and Life Insurance.

The team is supported by In-House Doctors  for internal Legal Medical Consultancy and a network/panel of Doctors specialized in Legal Medicine throughout Italy, many of these cover prestigious roles in their field.
The recovery department and the in-House Lawyer provide expertise whereby potential  prospects of recovery,  where applicable,  assist the Personal Accident Team.

This Department also collaborates  with a panel of well-known Law firms with whom initiatives to be taken in respect of each case or Lawsuit are previously agreed.
We routinely work and have the capacity and ability to deal with multiple cases and large policy schemes.
